None. Those are blood rings. They are not viable.

Those are blood rings...but the black dots on the embryo are thier eyes...

Maybe if you can post pics of your others? Sometimes it just looks like a blood ring but its actually the ring of veins around the embryo.....you can type in chicken eggs candled at 15 days in google ad see what they should look like. I cant get any of my pictures on here for some reason?

You can also tell if they are live by movement....Mine are at day 11 and day 8 and you cann see them moving around and their hearts beating

By the time they are 15-16 days old quite a bit of the egg should be black. Go to this link, let the pics load and look at day 15-16. That should give you a reference point. Even with the power outages, they should be furthur along than what they are in your pictures. Temperature dropping to 90 should not hurt them. I had my power go out during one of my last few hatches and temp went to 70 very quickly. Stayed that way for a day before they got it back on. They all hatched, just a day and half late.
