So me and my dad love the HUGE! breeds like light brahmas cochins and jersey giants whats some other big breeds we just have a thing for huge chickens it seems the bigger the tamer

Malays and shamos are the tallest chicken breeds.
the malay stands over 36 inches tall and the shamo stands over 30 inches tall.

You also have: Brazilian Game, Malgache, some lines of the Tuzo.
There are alot of tall chickens out there its just finding them and then having the money for them.. I dont know too many people willing to pay $ 250.00 for a dozen of malgache eggs.
