Solved What are the points, trophies and reaction scores we get used for?

I've been trying to figure that out for a while and can't seem to find anywhere on this forum that tells us what their for. Could someone explain that to me?

Honestly, it's mostly just for fun, adding some gamification to our community, etc.

There are some aspects of these metrics that we can use combined with other data points to help flesh out some interesting statistics about our members, their posts, etc., but for the most part, it's just for fun.
