What are these -and is one a roo?

The top pic is of 'Penny', but I'm thinking maybe a name change is in order- she's? the biggest one of the 4 and is a bit of a bully with the others. Below is the 4 in line, sorry for the blurry one, the second one from the left is Diamond- the smallest & sweetest in my flock, standing next to Penny -they are the only two showing a visible comb. The lady I purchased these from locally said they were Araucana, but the consensus around here is they are EE's. With their feathers coming in, one of them (the dark one on the end that you can't see it's head) is starting to sprout some stray feathers under his/her one ear. Any guidance/opinions would be greatly appreciated. (I'll be adding 4 Silkies to our flock once they hatch!)

 
Yes, the top one I would have to say is a roo. His comb is very red compared to the others, and his feathering is a "hot mess" right now compared to theirs. LOL!
