What are these BR?

I've got these BR that I thought were all female but now 3 of the combs are super red and one's comb isn't as red. I know BR have red big combs bu why aren't they all the same ? They are about 3 1/2 months old.

they all are very dark, indicating females

All are pullets. Even if the same age some will mature faster then others and show a larger, redder comb sooner.

Yep, all look like pullets, roo's would be easily seen by that age.

They are pullets, but look older than 3.5 months old - maybe closer to 5 months old and near laying age.

Yay! Thanks everyone I've been a little worried latley, my sons silkie popcorn just started crowing about a week ago and I could never tell if it was him or one of my BR since they were always so close together. I'm about 85% sure they're 3 1/2 to 4 months I got them on 2-12 and they were a few days old but they do seem big.
