What are these bubble like things inside this turkey?

Yesterday I processed a couple turkeys that We’re given to me by a family member. Relatively new to processing. First time processing turkeys I’ve done a couple dozen meat birds. Inside was this funky looking thing. I don’t exactly remember what it was attached to. This picture was from a peice salvaged from the gut bucket.

To me it looks like an Ovary. Cluster of developing Ova.
Let's see what others say. Never processed a Turkey, but it sure looks like what I've found in chickens.

I agree. That was a turkey hen and those "bubbles" would develop into egg yolks.

Agree, later those would have been eggs.
Some people think they are a delicacy
