What are these bugs I found in the coop? Some kind of parasite? (PICS)

Thanks Pathfinders. I'm relieved they aren't parasites, but I was planning on dusting Sevin in the coop anyway as a preventative measure. I think those springtails are in the coop and surrounding area because it's so close to my compost bins. (Springtails feed on decaying matter.) So I plan on moving those away. I've been meaning to do this anyway, because of the moisture and dangers of mold, fungus etc. The hens dust bath daily, and I put generous amounts of DE in their dirt/dust holes.
