What are these bugs?

Found in the nesting boxes but not ON the chickens. Its been very rainy here in MI

Any way to isolate one for a pix? It’s impossible to see where the bugs are in that pix.

Are they the little black dots? I can’t tell; do they have wings? If I enlarge the photo a lot, I can make them out fairly well. But I don’t know chicken bugs well enough.
