my hens have little bumps on there comb and wattle why is it there
and should I do some thing

Do an on site search on fowl pox. It appears that your birds may be infected.

Looks like fowl pox to me. Be on the look out for snotty goopy nares and eyes. Hopefully, you will only be dealing with "dry" pox, and it won't move into the respiratory state.

Fowl Pox is caused by a virus. There is a vaccination for unaffected birds, for yours it is too late. Being a virus there is no treatment. You will have to let it run it's course, and hope for the best.
It would be smart to give them electrolytes and lower possible stress as much as you can, to help them fight it.

No. It's virus usually spread by mosquitoes, it'll clear up on it's own in a few weeks
