what are these birds any idea they are about 2 and a half weeks old and are ment to be cream legbars, anny ideas.

Not even in the same ballpark. That there is a pure bred mutt. Looks to be a Polish/Silkie mix. Cream legbars aren't common nor cheap. Keep that in mind when buying chicks. If you paid a cream legbar price, you may need to contact the seller. If you paid mutt prices... you got what you paid for. It will feather out nicely and be pretty, but not 'cream legbar' pretty.

where i am there not that hard to get hold of i have two that are pure bred they cost 5 pound each at 1 week and my true ones only cost 3 pound at 3 week

mine that im getting tmoz im getting from reading and its not costing me anything but a bit of petrol

It looks like an Oops Legbar. The colouring is vaguely right for a female legbar and the crest is there but the feet are all wrong. Methinks something got into the Legbar pen that shouldn't have!
