what are these ducks?

    i was given 2 couples this weekend..one look like the top couple, the others look like the bottom couple. i was told they were roodschoudertalings ((1 wild colour couple, 1 blonde couple) but i dont know what the english translation is? can anyone help me out please? (these photos are from the internet i'll get phtots up of mine asap!) i was also given 2 couples of white ducks, and judging by the noise they make id say they must be call ducks? they look like these (hollandse kwakers they are called here)

    The little white certainly looks like a call, sometimes called Quaker ducks.

    The others, I have not seen before.

    Spish ask on the ornamental thread and see if anyone knows. They are beautiful though.

    I think they are a type of Ringed Teal. Mallard Lane Farm's website has lots of pictures. Or as already said, ask in the ornamental thread. They are very pretty!

    The first pic are blonde ringed teal and the second are normal ringed teal. They are native to Argentina and thereabouts.
