What are these lumps??

Are there stores that sell it? I would really need to pick something up locally today or tomorrow, ideally. Me and hubby are going out of town on Wednesday and the neighbor will be taking care of the chickens while we're gone. What awful timing...
I would call fish stores.
I think Petsmart carries a powder version, not a pill.

Give me a few minutes and I will call around to a few fish pet store to see if it is carried locally.

Pmed you the store that has some in stock.
Hopefully it's close enough.

I dealt with Canker about 2 months ago looked just like that.. I called my vet who doesn't deal with chickens but emailed him the information I found on Canker and Pictures and he gave me a RX for Flagyl. It was gone in 3 days but used the medicine for 7 days. I suspect mine got it from wild bird drinking from there waterers.

What dosage did you use? A place nearby sells 250mg tablets. Want to make sure I don't overdose her or anything. Thanks!

I currently have a little baby pool in the run since it's been SO. DANG. HOT. lately that they also drink out of. I guess I should just take that out for now. I definitely don't want to make the neighbor clean it out every day we're gone as well as the water bowls. She also has chickens. What precautions should I warn her about?? Feel like the worst chicken mom ever about now...

She should wash her hands well and change her clothes and shoes in between each trip back n forth to your house.

She should not wear shoes that she has worn near her birds into your coop.

Maybe you should make a bleach foot bath in your front yard for her to wash up before entering your property.

I might be a little bit biosecure nuts.

Don't feel so bad but you should read up on biosecurity and practice it.
:hugs
