What are these supposed EEs?

The first one looks like an easter egger to me - could be an EE cross. I have seen EE's that color & pattern before - she has muffs/beard and it even looks like she has a pea comb (does she?). The person who gave her to you probably thought she was part 'araucana' because that's what some hatcheries & feedstores sell their EEs as. My local feedstore sells "araucanas", so many of the people in my part of town do call their easter eggers araucanas because that's what they think they've purchased.

I don't know what type of chicken your brown one is, but I'm pretty sure she's a girl - she has typical female coloring/pattering.

edited to add:
You can tell what color eggs your white chicken will lay by the color of her earlobes. If she has white earlobes, she'll lay white eggs - if she has red ears, she'll lay brown eggs.

The first one is a columbian with melanizer (or some other) issue causing the black to show through more. I have a hatchery light brahma that looks exactly like that- color-wise.

I'd think with the slate legs and beard you have the possibility of colored eggs- can't tell what the comb is.
