What are these tiny chickens?

I am new to this forum. Can anyone please tell me what breed these miniature chickens are? They belong to a friend. Thank you.

Aren't Old English Game bantams' legs supposed to be white? Some of those look like they have gray legs.

Depending on the color they can have a dark wash over the legs. But the bottom of the feet will be white.
