What are these?

Earlier today I received my order of 3 mystery chicks. I was wondering if anyone could tell me there breed, gender, and if the yellow one is a bantam, or just younger. They are all about the same age.

I am by far no expert but if I had to make a somewhat educated guess I would say #1 is a Rhode Island Red pullet, the following one looks like a Rhode Island rooster and the last one looks like an Buff Orpington! But no one hold me to that!!
