So, these two chickens are obviously Bantams. I think the first is a rooster - an Old English Game Bird breed, for sure. I don't know about the coloring, though, either what the coloring's called or which Old English Game Bird breed the rooster is. There are a few that look similar - it will be hard to tell which kind until he's older. Maybe a Silver Duckwing Old English Game Bantam. The second one could be either a pullet or a rooster...I have one that looks exactly like it and was asking around on this website, trying to see which kind of Bantam it was.Mine has gradually gotten more of a beard. I'm pretty sure it's a d'uccle, though.![]()
they were in the assorted bantams bin at TSC. I looked up a silver duckwing and the chicks are the same color it was but the roosters are more black and white looking instead of gray. So that's why I wasn't sure#1 looks like a OEGB I forget what the color type is called, I think it's silver something.
#2 probably a d'Uccle mix or a Cochin mix.

Does number 2 have fluffy cheeks?
