What are these?

These reddish little things are all over my compost bed. My chickies went crazy looking for these and ate a lot of these. Any guesses as to these are? It's not baby red worms for sure. It doesn't move. Some sort of bug eggs?

Thank you! All the veggies and fruits are broken down so there's no rotten food in the bed. So I think it's safe
