what are these?

I am being a foster mom for 18 young roosters right now (I know the feed store people and no one would adopt these little fellows seeing as how they were molting and not very attractive so I am raising them up until they are big and pretty and then I am giving them back to the feed store) and I am trying to identify what breeds they are. This little guy, his name is waldo, looks like a cornish to me, but he has feathered feet? Is there a feather footed cornish breed or is he something else?

I call this one francois, and I am not sure what he is

any guesses or inklings would be very helpful!
