What are these?

I like a japanese band called an cafe and they used that word. I don't know what it means and I think they made it up because they have already made up a few other words.

Tiramisu is an Italian desert. A bit of coffe flavored soggy cakey thing. If that's gonna b your screen na.e you need to eat some. Its really good.
