What are these?

I'm new to the whole BYC thing and got some birds from a buddy. The birds were three weeks old when I got them and supposedly hens. One of the ones with long tail feathers started crowing yesterday for the first time so I do believe I've been had on the two with arched tails. The bird in question is the one laying down in the pic that follows.

All three of your "hens" are cockerels. The bird in question looks to be a mixed breed, the other two are not at an angle that they can be definitively ID'd for breed.
