I am a newbie. I got 6 baby chicks about 7 weeks ago from a local farm. I was told they were Road Island Reds hens but two of them look different. One is gold with stripes and the other one is white mixed with red and black. What kind are they? Is the white mixed with red a rooster?
    Thanks for any advice.

I uploaded the pic but how do I attach it?

The one in the back that's brown with the green legs I think is an EE. And the other is a total mut....probably RIR with some other mix like light brahma, roo for sure! Good luck:)

Not RIR, and unless the farmer had EEs, not EEs. The one in from is a cockerel.
