what are they?

Im trying to find out the sex of my chicks but I also have two chicks who's breed is unknown. When we got them they were labeled as Ameraucanas but they were in two different tubs. One said 'Blue eggs" and the other said "Green eggs" so I assumed they were easter eggers. I posted in a different thread and Veer67 said they might be Welsummers. Now I have better pics.

Not sure on breed, possibly an Easter Egger. Pullet.

After more checking of local ordinances it turns out we can have a rooster. Now I kinda hope you guys are right.
