It looks like Peepers might have sickle feathers (long feathers at the end of the tail), but it's hard to be sure. Other than that, they still look very girly to me. I'd think they would have much more developed combs by now if they were roosters.

i would think ther combs would be a little bigger to unless they were dubbed, no need for that though on these birds.
