What are you baking now?

I just made some zucchini bread last night, and I'll bake another batch tonight. I use these mini loaf pans and they come out so darn cute. Very good too. Of course, I don't have a food processor, so grating the zucchini is a pain in the tush.......but everybody seems to really like it. No nuts though in this batch.

Sometimes I do variations like, adding fresh black berries or chopped pecans......YUM!

) and for me this is a great find. We are finally getting some much much needed rain today to I am making a chocolate bundt cake, per hubby's request.

I just pulled hot biscuits out of the oven to eat with a FRESH egg (as in it was laid about 15 minutes ago between coop runs) and a pork chop my Dad (he lives with us) was frying. RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!!!
