Ds11 and I baked choc. chip cookies, they turned out so good! Then I'm making a choc. peanut butter crockpot cake, I'll let ya'll know how it turns out

I love seeing all your pictures - the baked goods look so yummy.

My DH helped me bake Chocolate Chip cookies with walnuts and my DD and I baked Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip cookies. She needed a treat for clinicals at the hospital.
I also baked 2 blueberry pies. My Dad has been wanting one and he came today to help us sort chickens so a blueberry pie was his "pay"

Thanx, TipsyDog! That sounds WONDERFUL! Do you think I could sub eggplant for the zucchini> I have a lot of both. The eggplant is the Italian kind---long, white, skinnier than a banana. Do you have any suggestions as to what I could do with it? I made parmesan out of my other type of eggplant.

Jennh: I would definitely try that! I'm not an eggplant eater, but we always cut them in slices, breaded and fried them. Other than that, no clue
