What are you baking now?

That all looks so yummy, Hollywood!!! You guys did a good job!

I have 6 dozen biscotti going right now... Double chocolate & Almond Cranberry! YUMMY!

We're having a big Black Friday through Cyber Monday Special at our shop! BYC members are getting 10% off their entire order until tomorrow night. I have the check out code to get your discount in my signature line.

Hopefully tomorrow I will have several more batches to go.

well it is time to get creative with the left overs.

Dh wanted stew the other night so I did a wine reduction in the broth and then thickened the broth into a gravy and made him a beef pot pie. Just came out of the oven..later I am doing a turkey, stuffing and green bean casserole leftover pastry.

Get a spare chunk of 2X4 and drill an indentation into it. Then you can set the walnut on the indentation and whack it with a small hammer. They come out pretty easy.

That's a great idea! Thank you.

It is very simple but I dont know if it will fit the bill for "different than plain ole pumpkin!" What I do is make the regular pie recipe but substitute 2T of molasses and 1 1/2 C of sour cream in place of the sweet cream. I think it is a better looking pie and has more depth of flavor too. Good luck--Terri O

Just put in the oven a fresh banana cake with freshly laid eggs. After it cools, it'll get frosted with whipped cream icing, made with my homemade vanilla, of course

Getting ready to make some ginger cookies and cinnamon rolls (make tonight, put in fridge, bake tomorrow morning). Then tomorrow I am baking bread, apple pie, rolls, blueberry muffins, and I'm probably forgetting something! I am having an open house on Saturday to promote my baked goodies and hopefully drum up orders for Christmas.

Finally made another cheesecake. Chocolate this time. Haven't made one in six years, used to have it every year for my birthday so darn it, I made one! Yummy, even thought the chocolate seized (argh!)
