What are you baking now?

Saw a lady making naan on tv yesterday and decided to try this. This is not naan dough, just a five ounce hunk of my normal french bread dough.

Rolled out to about 1/4 inch think, cooked in a hot, dry, cast iron skillet until it got puffy, flipped it over and put a lid on and cooked for another two minutes. Brushed with melted butter and a sprinkle of kosher salt.

Was very tasty with my bowl of soup for lunch.

Mrs. Fluffy Puffy :

Do you have the recipe?

18 ounces flour, 12 ounces water, 1 teaspoon yeast, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
Mix, knead, stretch, fold, rise, shape, rise, bake.

Skip the last rise and the bake to cook in a skillet or use for pizza crust.

I may have to try this!

Well, I'm working at the moment (in the office, in front of a computer), but when I get home today, I'm going to try this Impossible Pumpkin/Pecan Pie recipe. I found it in a bisquick cookbook, and it sounds good.

I'll keep y'all posted. (Neat because you don't have to make a crust....)

Would you post the ''how to's''
on that pumpkin/pecan pie please?
I am the worst crust maker that ever landed on this planet.
well, at least the worst that ever tried.
