A brand new coop and run, a larger brooder as my chicks have outgrown the first one - and a shop/garage for the spouse which will probably include a run and shelter for the two dogs for when we're away overnight.

And a 15'x30' paver deck on the east side of the house for summer.

Also on the list:
greenhouse
wood-fired outdoor oven

Just finished off the second floor of the house, including some pretty difficult tiling projects.

I'm building a new coop of sorts. I ordered 20 BCM chicks - God only knows why, I have more hens than I can sell the eggs but I just wanted the "pretty dark brown eggs"

So I have a barn that has an extension on one side so that's going to be their new coop. All I have to do is dig around he perimeter, install hardware cloth and then build a front with a door. I just can't seem to motivate myself to do it. I don't know WHAT I was thinking!
