We always have company for Thanksgiving, and after several years I've got it down to this:

hors d'oeuvres
Sourdough Bread with Marinated Manchego Cheese and Roasted Peppers

Cucumber Tapenade Canapes

Turkey (DH grills it the old fashioned way. He's a hardwood charcoal & Weber kettle grill guy)
Harvest Stuffing

Baked Butternut Squash with Apples and Maple Syrup

Lemon Rosemary Green Beans

Spiced Cranberry and Orange Relish

Gravy

Wine
Champagne

Pies TBD (My SIL will bake them when they get here from Philly on Wednesday)

We live about an an hour from Plymoth Rock so it's a pretty traditional menu overall.

Turkey with sage stuffing
Mashed potatoes with cheese and onion
Cranberry sauce
Rolls and butter
Pumpkin Pie'Apple Pie
Salad
Fudge
Homemade applesauce
Banana bread
Candied pecans

Great I see more junk than food here!

I thought I saw this before...

Turkey... we only got a 18lb turkey this year.

Mashed Potatoes (Yukon Butter Golds) w/ Turkey gravy

Stuffing... both in the turkey and out... then mixed together

Candied Yams

Mixed Veggies

Rolls w/ butter

Green Salad

Pumpkin Pie w/ Vanilla Icecream

I will eat very little of this but will help cook most of it.

Wouldn't be complete at my house without oyster stuffing! YUM! I could bypass the turkey all together and just eat the stuffing, lol.

Thanksgiving is special this year. We are having it at my home, we usually have it at my mom's house. The special part is that our new chickenstock family member, obsessed and her family are coming to Thanksgiving at our home.....Yeah!!!

Gravy & Rice
Pumpkin Pie

Apple Cider (for toasting)

Peach Cobbler

I am sure that I have forgotten something. I know that we do not need anything else, looks like we are getting ready to feed an army....lol
