What are you guys doing today?

Gator has a very mild flavor. The only thing is if you don't prepare it properly it can be TOUGH. I've only had it 3 times. The best was at this restaurant/bar on a lake in Winterhaven, FL. Wow was that good!! The other 2 times were local and, needless to say, Coloradans are not the ones you want to go to for gator. Elk? Heck yeah. Gator? Nope!

THEY HAVE BOTH LIGHT AND A SLIGHTLY DARKER MEAT ON THEM. AS FAR AS TASTE... EVER HAD FROG LEGS?

THE FLESH IS WHITE IN COLOR, DARKER MEAT IS VERY PALE PINK. TASTES SIMILAR TO A MIX BETWEEN PORK AND CHICKEN? CLOSEST THINGS THAT COME TO MIND ARE FROG LEGS AND RATTLESNAKE
