Went fishing too! I caught a 12 inch Large Mouth Bass. There are about 8 HUGE fish that swim around and tease people. I had so many bites from them but they took my hooks and spinners. One of them is at least 3 ft long. I think they are Pike but I am not sure.

First we need water....

SInce I wont be fishing...I did make a batch of quail eggs and did the vinegar treatment. Worked great. And there is a good use for that spent vinegar. WEED KILLER

I used the hot sauce/acv recipe this time. The only trick is to keep hubby from "testing" them before they are ready.

i'm going have to try making pickled eggs ...never had the before. have lots of eggs and all my neighbors hide when they see me with my basket heading their way....lol...can a right handed person make pickled quail eggs with just the left hand? i broke my 'funny'bone on sunday & now have 2 pins and a tension wire in it to hold together...............

I fall more than any sober (ish) person should. Its hard to be cool when your a "average" size guy flopp'in around on the ground. Just aint no way to get up and pretend it didnt happen. Then theres always that special A-hole that laughs and points...

I hope all heals well and quickly! You may need help with the jar lids but I think you do fine with the eggs.... Good luck, Bill
