I'm reading Terry Goodkind's books right now (The Sword of Truth). I enjoyed the story enough that I ordered the TV series, "Legend of the Seeker," from amazon (based on the books).

Just finished Rogue Warrior - Dictator's Ransom by Richard Marcinko. It was not as good as his non fiction but had me laughing at parts. Mr. Murphey can still be a pain in the rear.

Ken Follet is a favorite and I'm getting ready to start "World Without End" after I finish all of Alice Hoffman's adult books. I just finished reading a couple series by Charlaine Harris. She wrote the books that the HBO show "True Blood" is based on. I like the show, but I loved the books.

My girlfriends just got together and bought a Kindle for me for my birthday!! (I have such wonderful friends!)

My first download and read is the true classic Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. I wanted to read the whole thing in his language, and this year the Spirit of Christmas is very dear to me. I'm having such fun with it.

After that I have "Three Cups of Tea" and something from Jasper Fforde? on deck...

I'm a writer who has just finished three enormous pieces, so it's delicious to get to tuck in with a good read that has no requirement but enjoyment. .. no research, no nuthin but indulgence!!
