My day is Friday the 21 per ordered from a local feed store. 5 barrel rocks 5 orange opringtons 5 white leged some things. Lol

I got my chicks from Buchheits. I know those were shipped in a big truck.
Just scares me to think that lil boxes of lil baby chicks are shipped.... though reg mail.

Is it though fed ex? ups? uspo?

. Yep they come USPS express mail.. and as far as I know they do grate as long as you order more then one so they can huddle and stay warm.

I'm waiting on a shipment of 1 buff orpington, 2 australorp, 3 light brahma, 3 silver lace wyandotte & 3 black jersey giant hens, and 1 jersey giant roo from MyPetChicken.com... I'm kind of super excited, but no one in my family understands lol. They're supposed to hatch on April 21, 2014 and arrive sometime after that. :-D

Scratch that.... I just asked them where the ducklings would be coming from and if they will indeed ship tonight. She said they will be coming from California and that it is showing them as in process because it allows them to lock in the duckling side of my order because they have them set aside to hatch in the number I requested. She said that they are still due to hatch on the 17th and I will receive them sometime between the 18th and the 20th. So I guess now I have to hurry up and wait for this week to end so I can get 2 tracking numbers and 2 boxes!

did you order from murray? if so your ducklings are coming from Metzer's which MM uses to supply their duckling order and Metzer's is located in Cali...just thought i'd let you know that. when i learned the the ducklings cam from Metzer's anway i just ordered mine straight from metzer instead of going through MM.





i have 12 days more of waiting then Metzer's will be shipping out my 6 ducklings on the 24th...i will be getting 3 welsh harlequin, 2 khaki campbell, and 1 blue runner all female.
