WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? WHAT DID YOU JUST RECEIVE?

Maybe you should call the Reno sorting facility and see if they can hold them there and notify you, so you can go pick them up there again?  Just a thought...
we'll if they come in at midnight I'll be better off picking them up at my local po as Reno is over a hr away, but if not there by 6am I had my husband added to my shipping order so he can pick them as he works real close to the Reno office.

I ordered 18 from McMurray, due to arrive the week of June 3rd, all females.

3 Black Star

3 red Star

3 Buttercups

3 Golden Polish

3 Buff Laced Polish

3 Partridge Rock

Really wanted some Delewares but they didn't have any for the week the rest of my chicks were hatching. This will be the first time I've ever owned any Polish breeds.

Same issue I had... really wanted Delawares also, but couldn't coordinate them with the other breeds I wanted...maybe next year

Yours are adorable! I'm hoping mine arrive as safe and sound as yours did. We just got our order of goslings today and due to a snafu at the sorting facility we had to make a 240 mile round trip to get them. They hatched Monday, shipped early Tuesday morning. They arrived in plenty of time to be put on the truck to my P.O. but someone decided not to load them and let them sit there until tomorrow morning. I felt waiting until Friday to get them was pushing it. Thankfully they are all bright eyed and bushy tailed.

Jeeze, sometimes you really have to question the mental state of some folks...

I mean the box is PLAINLY marked "LIVE CHICKS" Please rush... you'd have to be deaf to not hear them as well...

I mean they aren't exactly quiet.... Sheesh.... Anyway... you spent a bundle, not to mention the time involved, to make the drive and got them alive.... Really hope the same person isn't working when your chicks hit the PO sort facility... It would REALLY suck if you had to make that drive again!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that whoever it was is out sick or something when my chicks come through. And I agree, I would think they would do everything they could to move live animals along as quickly as possible. I offered my goslings water as soon as I got them in the car and they drank forever. I really don't think they would have made it waiting until tomorrow morning. Even if they had they would have been so hungry, thirsty and stressed, I'm not sure they would have done well at all.

There has been no update from usps since thus afternoon :'(. I'm hoping I hear something in the next couple hrs. My local po can't help as they know as much as I do

The waiting is really hard! That really stinks that you have to wait even longer.
