Most of the time I don't set out to name my chickens, but they seem to acquire names the longer we have them, clever things. Not all of mine have names yet and they're constantly changing. The ones we do have include:

Feet (very old white hen, unknown breed, mistreated at previous home - toes have been cut off)
Grey (old OEG Bantam hen, no longer laying, and not actually grey as my father's colour-blind)
Floppy (white Leghorn, has the floppiest combe of the lot)
Vegemite (white Leghorn, probably crossed with something else somewhere along the line)
Treacle (white Leghorn, Vegemite's sister)
Domino (black and white Frizzle rooster)
Wimpy, aka Frizzliest or Über-Frizzle (buff double-curled Frizzle rooster)
Willis (OEG Bantam rooster - trying to sell him as I no longer want OEG Bantams)
Taffy (OEG Bantam rooster - trying to sell him as I no longer want OEG Bantams)
Bard (light barred Plymouth Rock rooster)
New Girl (15-week-old light Sussex X silver-laced Wyandotte; we've only had her a week)
Golden Boy (7-week-old SilkieXFrizzle, quite an even crossing of characteristics, probably a rooster, black with golden speckles and a gold chest)
Golden Girl (7-week-old SilkieXFrizzle, quite an even crossing of characteristics, hopefully a girl, black with golden speckles and a gold chest, probably Golden Boy's sister)
Snowball (7-week-old SilkieXFrizzle, Silkie dominant but pom-pom on head isn't so big, very very white)
Feet Junior (7-week-old SilkieXFrizzle, partridge, Silkie dominant except she has four toes on one foot and five on the other, and very bad balance)
Buff Tibetan Girl (7-week-old SilkieXFrizzle, Frizzle cominant, she's mostly buff but her patterning looks somewhat like the Tibetan colouring on quails)
Puffball (7-week-old Silkie, partridge - she was sold to me as a SilkieXFrizzle cross but she looks like a pure Silkie to me)
Spice (Frizzle rooster of all sorts of mixtures of colours, sold about three weeks ago)

The chickens which haven't been named include 6 lavender Araucanas, 6 ISA Browns and 2 more white Leghorns.

As for other fowl, my sister has 4 Muscovy chicks (about 2.5 months): Butterscotch, Banana, Lemon, and Caramel (they were yellow when she got them - somehow she forgot that they'd turn white).

I also have nine quail at the moment:
Quincy (golden male)
Mrs Quail (golden female - she and Quincy were my first quails)
White (white female)
Mr Tibetan (red Tibetan male)
Golden-Laced (orange Tibetan female)
Tuxedo (red Tibetan tuxedo female)
Number One (3.5-week-old golden female, the first of three to hatch)
Twinkle-Toes (3.5-week-old golden female, the second of three to hatch, she took forever to straighten out her toes and I feared permanent disfigurement - she's fine now)
Number Three (3.5-week-old golden male, the third of there to hatch)
