Tinkie my sickie chickie.
The rest are unassigned, they have nicks but I have not decided on their themes...lol
Probably will be a sound of music theme

Maria
Liesel
Brigitta
Elsa
Louisa
Gretl
Marta

.... rooster I could call him Georg!

"The Coop is alive....with the sound of cluckin, whoa o-o-o-"
I came up with this list in June before the babes arrived...lol

okay since my father has a SLigHt paranoia over deadly disease (in 2001 I believe he kept the 3M Corporation in business by his purchases of plastic and duct tape) i have come up with a list of possible chicken names:

Cholera chicken
Miss Typhus
Polly Plague
Anna Thrax
Small Pock
Madam Scarlett Feeva
Upchuckin Cluckin

The coop will be the "containment" facility

Or.......

Special forces chickens, for the EGGSTRACTION POINT

Sgt. Butterballs
Corporal Patty
Private Stew
General Tso
Major Terri Yaki
Colonel Sanders
...and one of the buff brahmas will be president and chief
BARACK OBRAHMA

Maybe even character from clue! Each nesting box will be labeled "Library" "Kitchen" etc...

Names:
Mrs. White
Miss Scarlett
Mrs. Peacock
Prof. Plum
Col. Mustard

Who laid the egg? It was Mrs. Plum in the library!

Months of the year?

april
may
June
August
March
July

so you can say june laid heavily in May and really confuse people

Jedi Chickens, Egg Wars:The Phantom Poultry

Obi wan Chickobi
Henakin skywalker
Jabba the Cluck
Hen Solo
Emperor featherbutt
chewy chewclucka

Henry VIII wives

(Catherine of) Aragon
(Anne) Boleyn
(Jane) Seymour
(Anne of) Cleves
(Catherine) howard
(Catherine) Parr

Then, if they stop laying, OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!

what about bond girls?

Pussy Galore
Solitaire
Vesper
Kissy Suzuki
Honey Ryder
Miss Taro

...But then it never works out well for the people that keep a bond girl captive. Plus I like my yolks shaken not stirred.

We haven't named them all - yet, but so far we have... Suspect (the first roo I suspected was a roo), Fuzzworth, Tiny, Snuggle Chicken. They are 5 mo old Lt Brahmas. We gifted away Roo Magoo and the Twins. Sneaky Pie is a Partridge Cochin. The only Buff Brahma we've named is Buff Daddy, he looked like a roo right away. Still can't tell the others apart. One Dk Brahma was called Frosty, until she started looking like a roo - now she/he's Sir Prize. We have 3 Dominiques named Queen, Quincy and Quiet. One of the Dk Cornish Bantam pullets is Crazy Legs, she's got a genetic problem and her toes curl inward. The one Dk Cornish Bantam roo we're keeping (for now) is Goliath. He thinks he's the biggest thing on the property! And the other pullet is Delilah. I'll probably name a few more, if I can ever tell them apart!

I have a partridge rock named "Henny Penny of Halifax Hen Manor"

I have a barred rock named "Dappled Diana of Dame Claire's Domain"

I have a Dark cornish/Black australorp cross hen called "Alcatraz Allie of High Flyer Farm". This is because she escaped from the carrier the night I got her and spent 4 nights in my brushy area of my land and I couldn't find her. Finally caught her under a plastic laundry basket. Now she's in the lock-down! LOL!

I have 3 Old English Game bantams called Mr. Hudson, Mrs Bridges & Ruby. They are named after characters from a British drama series called "Upstairs Downstairs" which public television viewers might recall.

I have a black Wyandotte bantie yet to be named, and 10 chicks that I won't name until I know who is a hen, because I won't be keeping the roos around.
