I actually like a lot of the pagan drinking songs that have little to do with Christmas and a lot to do with spiced wine

"Deck the Halls"
"Here we come a-wassailing"
"Wassail, wassail"

My other favorites are a lot of the older medieval through baroque era songs: What child is this/Greensleeves, Hallelujah chorus, Good King Wenceslas, Fum, Fum, Fum, I Saw 3 Ships

For the more "modern" ones, I like "We Three Kings" and "O Holy Night"
