What are your other hobbies?

I like to cross stitch, crochet ,and quilt. I seem to be the only 25 year old who likes to do this. But I found it very hard to count and be mad at the same time. So when I get mad at DH I go and cross stitch.

And I have made many cross stitched pictures I also oil paint a bit, but not often. I can play the alto saxophone. I like going hiking, and biking. Love to watch light hearted movies, and comedies.I also spend a great deal of time studing in hopes of going back to college to get my RN license. And recently I have taken up studying the bible more, I am a new christian, and dont have a clue about anything beyond Adam and Eve, Noah's Ark, and Jesus' crucifiction. And then the only other thing I do, is sit here and talk to you guys!!

I love to quilt, sew, cross stitch, knit and crochet when my hands let me. I enjoy my housewife days immensely.
I dream of being a stay at home farm wife, but alas I have to work. I look forward to retiring at age 55 if all goes as it is now.

You do alot of things girl! You must not have any children yet, I mean human children that is, lol.
I am pretty new to this site, I missed what people do for a living, etc. And I did not post anything about the politicians, I get to worked up over that subject
Well I am a stay at home mom for 2 years now. Before I always worked. I like to scrapbook but don't get much of that done. We have a 2 y/o and a 10 mo. old. So I stay pretty busy. I love to go camping, fishing (love it)
riding bikes, fooling with our chickens and rooster and our two weiner dogs, one we bought , one we adopted from my brother in law.
And it is wonderful you are reading more of your Bible. I was having a discussion with my husband earlier about religion. Another tough subject We found a church we liked but they can't seem to get it together to have a nursery. So we are looking for another church. There are so many churches around here and that means some are quite small, so there is no nursery:| But it is good to read your Bible and pray. I need to make a comment to do it everyday, get into God's word.

Apart from my chickens, I grow a lot of my own vegetables, fruit and herbs. I am also a fan of a wide variety of rock, such as My Chemical Romance, AFI, Turisas, Satyricon, Korpiklaani, Slayer, Trivium and many others.

I also fly gliders (what you guys call sailplanes). They're small aircraft with either one or two seats, and no engines. I've been flying for about 6 months, and hope to go solo on my 16th birthday (another six months to go!). I'm the only teenage girl there - it's predominantly middle aged men and older. What with my chickens and vegetables, I think I need to buy a flat cap :lol

I thought I'd also add that I'm an Atheist, I'm not homeschooled (but I am getting a very good education), and I like art . . . painting and drawing mainly, although I'm also good at sculpture.

My main hobby is making glass beads, but I also sell them. I started out making jewelry several years ago and then my DH bought me a starter kit as a get-well after having surgery. That was it, I was hooked. I still make jewelry.

I also crochet (my grandme taught me when I was about 4-5 years old, along with embroidery). I also knit, paint, do wood working, and several other crafty things.

And I also fish. I love to fish, any type, any where.

I am a new christian

Welcome! I just went to a concert last night featuring Frontline Worship and it was purely amazing! I've been raised in church my whole life but just recently found my way back after a few years of being lost!

As for other hobbies, I raise reptiles, and I love growing stuff, veggies and what not. I used to breed Bearded Dragons, but now I just have 2 females. I also have a Corn Snake named Chester. I've been raised growing veggies and fruit so its one thing that I really love to do. I also love to draw and paint. But Poultry is my main passion.

Oh, I also love to read! Im reading the Wheel of Time series again, for the 4th time. I just finished book 7 this morning.

I also quilt and make wall hangings. I LOVE the flower and vegetable gardens. I love to see things grow. I am a semi-retired R.N and my husband is a retired Union Representative. I'm taking time off to travel, play with the dogs, horses and chickens and enjoy the screen house by the pool this summer. I love to read and am getting new books all the time. I haven't found much time to go fishing the past 2 years. Maybe next year it will be a little slower pace. I have 1 granddaughter, I don't see nearly enough as she lives 2 hours away. I play the piano some, but am getting rusty from no practice. I hope other people let us know what they do. This is interesting! Merry

IM a "housewife".. Got two teens...a 13 and a 16 yr old.. Boy/girl..
I do taxidermy which is so much fun.... Just starting out so most the stuff I do is for display in the shop if I ever get one built. And also our own deer and such.. My house is begining to fill up

And I love to garden. I have a small fruit orchard , a garden of squash and tomatos, I love flowers so am constantly planting SOMETHING, I also have a tree fetish.. Its so hot here and we dont have many trees, so whenever I see trees on sale.. I snag them.. This morning I picked up 25

Last week I bought 6 really big ones

Now just got to get the new ones into the ground. I figure in about 5 to 10 years Ill have SHADE

I also like to hunt, fish, we go camping alot. Not RV park type either. WE go out in the middle of BFE and set up a home base and ride quads and hunt/fish all day and depending on where we are at night we hunt too
