Is that a rosecomb though japs dont have rosecombs it kinda looks like a jap but im not thinking so???

Black-tailed Buff Japanese bantam, but that is not a rosecomb. Japanese bantams have large single combs even the hens. Their combs often lay or flop over which is probably why you think she ha a rosecomb.

Yes- my little jap x sebright has a floppy single comb. We call her Frenchy.​
