What bread is this guy

So this is one of my prettiest chickens... I think he was purchased as an easter egger.. so some sort of mixed breed.. but my question is which breeds. I was trying to find a breed that has this --

I guess I'll call it a headress. These long feathers around its neck just under its head.

You're not going to get much more specific than Easter Egger. These hatchery ones aren't just a first generation mix so anything other than potential Ameraucana relatives will be difficult
