what bred do you suggest

ive decided on all the 5 breeds im getting except for one, either a jersey giant, campine, or a cornish. which of these do you think will be most docile

Cornish or Jersey Giant. Both are very docile, Campines are flighty.

ok campine is off the list but ive added a easter egger, so which do you think a jersey giant, cornish or easter egger? What is the difference between a aracanna and easter egger? Is it that ee aren't pure breed

Actually, most Easter Eggers do not have any Araucana in them at all. Most Easter Eggers are either AOV Ameraucanas or Ameraucana/Production bird crosses.
