What breed? 7 months

I have 3 pullets that are 7 month old that I bought from tractor supply as black sex links. They have every characteristic of black sex links except that they have lightly feathered legs. I'm thinking maybe part black copper maran or part black australorp? They're names are Roxanne (Roxie), Molasses (Molly), and Trixie. Also, Trixie is broody and the other two are partly broody if that helps. They lay brown to dark brown eggs.

Didn’t see the copper feathering the first time I looked at the photos. The first one looks like she is all black.

Are black copper marans normally a broody breed?

I would say Black Copper Marans, although I only see copper on the 2nd and 3rd pictures. My Black Australorp has clean feet and dark (almost black) eyes.

How old were your pullets when they started laying? BCM are often late layers. They can go broody but are not known to be.
