What Breed am I??? Cockerel or Pullet???

there's only one and it is/was supposed to be a dom and the op uses IT referring to only one chicken..... " it was a Dominique" also reading the title implies that there is only one chick in question...

I'm thinking pullet. The leg color looks wrong for a rock, though. Did this guy breed his own just resell from a hatchery? My thought is female barred mutt, but I guess she could be a hatchery rock.

It is the same chick just two pictures. The guy selling them seems to breed and also resell hatchery stock. He just gave it to me as a free chick. Thanks for the replies. Ill guess ill have to wait it out and see. I'm thinking maybe it's a bantam aswell since its a lot smaller.

The legs are kind of pinkish with a little gray shadowing on the top if I'm not mistaken.

Here is a updated picture. No change in comb or wattles. No sign of red or pink color either. Just bulking up a bit in size.
