What breed and age for this rooster?

Hello, what breed and age do you think this rooster is? I got him at a fair. He has no spurs and he doesn't crow. He coos a lot like my chickens and has befriended my smallest chicken. TYIA

The pattern of his barring shows he only has one copy of the barring gene, this automatically makes him a mixed breed bird. Pure bred males have two copies of the barring gene.

I don't think there are any barred, white skinned blue pure breeds.

White skin lends itself to Orpington or more likely Marans. He could be a sex link from a cuckoo Marans hen and some blue or splash rooster. Or, he could be a mix of mixes, it's really hard to say.
