what breed and can i have some input on my cochins

Can anyone help name this breed.

Would the partridge cochin be a bantam. The two are supposed to be the same age but such a difference in size.

And lastly, I see one too. Can u give me an opinion on the other.

Thanks for any help. I have never raised chicks so this is a new experience. I now know why I have always bought young pullets, lol.
