    That's a cockerel. Not sure on breed though. More photos would be helpful. What kind of comb does he have?

    It looks like it has some barred breed in it. It somewhat looks like my cream legbar rooster, my boy have the crest up at the top too. Yours looks a lot darker though. So maybe some type of legbar? I didn't get any females out of that hatch, but I believe the females are darker. The boys combs were HUGE by week 3 though and I have observed that some chickens with straight combs seem to develop combs and wattles earlier than other comb types. That's just my opinion, others may disagree. The only time I have guessed wrong with girls and boys are with straight combs.

    Mixed breed cockerel, mixed enough no specific breed jumps out.
