What breed and Gender are these two.

They're both male.
And about 10-12 weeks.

The reddish one look's to be a pullet to me. The feathering in the saddle area look's like rounded female.

The white one has messed up looking feathering in that area, so it's harder for me to tell. I will guess at this point that it's a boy, though.

I can't tell if the saddles on either of them are male or female for certain. Maybe in a few weeks.

Well, the red is for sure, with that huge comb and those saddles.
The white is quite scruffy, but with that patchy, uneven male pattern and MAYBE some saddles coming in...
They are boys to me.
