Hello! I attempted my first fecal float test this morning with fresh droppings collected on a poop shelf (no contact with bedding) from my 8 chickens. I have an Amscope B120 with a camera lens. I alternated between 10x and 40x magnification, but I'm struggling to compare online examples of parasites with what I'm finding on my sample. I have attached some of the more "interesting" findings from this morning, but even AI is just blowing them off as plant pollen or environmental factors. Can someone with a little more experience give their opinion? Some of the pictures are at 10x then again at 40x on the things I saw.
Also, if anyone is using a similar microscope that can offer 10x and 40x snapshots for reference I would be eternally grateful! I can't ever tell the magnification of online pictures and don't know if I'm wasting my time looking at things too small to be worthwhile.
