What breed and Gender are these two.

Hello, I decided to adopt these two what I believe to be hen Naked Necks.
My question is what breeds are these? What gender? How old if so possible?
I know a lot of these questions are hard to answer without age.

Well, I could be wrong, so better pics would help.
But if the first really does have a pea comb, it’s a young boy.
Second seems to have a male pattern.

Clearer pics needed of face and tail area, this will help with age too. 1st is likely a cockerel. They are not pure Naked Necks, they’re too tall and have the wrong comb type, they look to be game crosses.
