What breed and gender are these two?

Ironman is a light Brahma (pea comb, lighter feathered legs than a Cochin, not as much body fluff as a Cochin, and different shape than a Cochin). Without knowing the age, we'd need some better pics to determine if Ironman is a POL pullet or a cockerel. You should be able to see saddle feathers starting to come in (across the back in front of the tail). You'll also want to check the hackle (neck) feathers. Hold the tip of the feather against your finger so you can see the shape of the feather tip clearly. If it is rounded, you have a pullet. Pointy = cockerel.

What color legs does Honey have? And what kind of comb?

hello, I will check the combs today. I wonder if the white and black one is a Columbia Cochin like you are saying. it does not have the cute mounded tail though. that is why I think they are not Cochin. that and they do not have the Cochin personality traits. you know the talking your leg off and just kinda thinking they are not chickens but more like dogs... none of what was sold to me as huge Cochin do that l will check the combs today. how sad I just love Cochin and I guess I will just get rid of these ones that are not showing the traights I wanted. we need to cull our flock and maybe this is the answer to how to do it. I have been praying a lot about how do you chose which birds to get rid of. I feel a responsibly to all of them and love all of them so how do you chose who to get rid of. I am going to go look at the combs then the question how do you tell the feed store you got them from hey you sold me birds and they are not what you said they were. they were a pretty penny two. almost 5 a piece....ok so it is a lot to me I guess I am a bit cheap..:O I could sell the brama roo and like three hens maybe. I just don't want to sell them on craigslist. I worry people will eat them.. also how much do you sell them for.. they are young hens from this last spring.

1st is a ligh brahama roo the 2nd i am not to sure of the breed but looks to be a bo pullet

hello mama dixie here I have checked the comes on mine and I think mine is just exactly like iron man. are we sure he is a light brama male? I so wish mine was like the Columbia Cochin with the poofy tail but ya get what you get and dont throw a fit I guess right. why are there so many mistakes in getting bramas when I ask for Cochin... what is the best way to sell a few hens if you do not want them eaten, I know I should not think I have a right to say anything about it, and how much should I ask for my hens that are like 6 mo old and just starting to lay. one last question do Cochins start laying latter none of them that I got in april are laying yet.

Personality traits are general by breed but vary widely by individual. I wouldn't judge it for "not having Cochin personality" - in that case, I'd be absolutely convinced one of my barred rocks is an ancona (no, they look nothing alike, but they act it)!
